Your beautiful new clock from TimeWise Designs is completely hand crafted.  As with all handcrafted items, there may be slight imperfections.  These only enhance the handmade qualities.  Occasionaly during transit, the clock hands will become loose.  If this happens, VERY gently press down on the loose hand where it is attached to the clock.

After installing 1 AA battery, carefully move the hand into the corect time.
